मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने श्रीहरियाणा कुरुक्षेत्र गौ.चिकित्सालय का किया उद्घाटन
सत्यखबर, हिसार – हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश में गौशालाओं को दान दी जाने वाली भूमि पर स्टांप ड्यूटी खत्म करने के साथ.साथ प्रदेश की सभी गौशालाओं को बिजली आपूर्ति व्यावसायिक की बजाय घरेलू दर पर उपलब्ध करने का प्रावधान किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री आज श्रीहरियाणा कुरुक्षेत्र गौशाला में नवनिर्मित गौ.चिकित्सालय के उद्घाटन उपरांत उपस्थितजन को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने गौशाला परिसर में त्रिवेणी लगाई व गौ चिकित्सालय का निरीक्षण भी किया।
उन्होंने चिकित्सालय के लिए 21 लाख रुपये की सहायता देने की भी घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गौशालाओं को दान में दी जाने वाली भूमि की रजिस्ट्री पर स्टांप ड्यूटी के रूप में फीस वसूल की जाती है। बेसहारा पशुओं की सेवा के लिए स्थापित की जाने वाली गौशालाओं को शीघ्र ही इस मामले में राहत मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी प्रकार गौशालाओं को बिजली आपूर्ति कमर्शियल की बजाए घरेलू श्रेणी पर बिजली आपूर्ति उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने गौ रक्षा के लिए पहले से ही गौ सरंक्षण एवं गौ संवर्धन कानून लागू किया हुआ है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रीहरियाणा कुरूक्षेत्र गौशाला संचालाकों की गौशाला में गौ.चिकित्सालय स्थापित करने की प्रशंसा की और कहा कि यह बीमार व अपंग गायों के लिए चिकित्सा की दृष्टि से सहायक सिद्ध होगा। इस चिकित्सालय में अल्ट्रासाउंड व एक्स.रे सुविधाओं के साथ.साथ रक्त जांच ऑपरेशन थियेटर व मेडिसन सेंटर भी उपलब्ध है। मुख्यमंत्री ने गौ चिकित्सालय को 21 लाख रुपये का अनुदान दवाइयों के लिए देने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि गौशालाओं में पशु चिकित्सक एवं वीएलडीए की सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध करवाई जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बेसहारा गायों के लिए ग्रामीण व अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी गौशालाएं स्थापित की जा रही हैं। यह कार्य जन भागीदारी के बिना संभव नहीं है। सरकार भी इसमें सहयोग करेगी।
