सत्यखबर, नरवाना (सन्दीप श्योरान) :- पिछले लगभग 10 दिनों से हरियाणा भर में नगर परिषद के सफाई कर्मचारी हड़ताल पर हैं, जिससे शहर में गंदगी के ढेर लगे पड़े हैं। इसलिए सरकार द्वारा कोई बीच का रास्ता निकाल कर सफाई कर्मचारियों की सुध ले लेनी चाहिए। यह बात कांग्रेस की वरिष्ठ नेत्री प्रभा माथुर भीखेवाला ने एक विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से कही। उन्होंने कहा कि नगर परिषद के सफाई कर्मचारी गरीब तबके से होते हैं, जिनका अपने वेतन के सिवाय रूपए कमाने का कोई और माध्यम नहीं है। वैसे भी शहर में सफाई न होने से बीमारियां तथा महामारी फैलने का भी डर बना रहता है, तो क्यों नहीं सरकार अपनी हठधर्मिता को छोड़कर सफाई कर्मचारियों की जायज मांगे नहीं मान लेती। उनका कहना है कि लोकतंत्र में सरकार जनता द्वारा, जनता की, और जनता के लिए होती है और यदि सरकार ही लोगों की समस्याओं से मुंह मोड़ लेती हैं, तो इसका अंजाम बुरा ही होता है। इसलिए सब मतभेद भुलाकर सरकार को सफाई कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को दूर कर देना चाहिए, ताकि ये गरीब तबके के लोग अपनी दो जून की रोटी सही तरीके से खा सकें और शहर में गंदगी ना होने से बीमारियों से बचा जा सके। इस मौके पर डॉ संजय, सुरेश सोनी, रमनदीप रसीदा, सुरेश नैन, सूरजभान धनौरी, रणदीप चहल आदि वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थे।
