लखनऊ में हुए युवा कांग्रेसियों पर लाठीचार्ज के विरोध में युवा कांग्रेस नेताओं ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया। युवा कंाग्रेस के युवा नेताओं ने एकजुट होकर न केवल देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का पुतला जलाया, बल्कि योगी सरकार के खिलाफ भी नारेबाजी करते हुए पुतला आग के हवाले किया। हरियाणा नंबरदार एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता एवं युवा कांग्रेस के कुरुक्षेत्र जिलाध्यक्ष हरप्रीत सिंह चीमा के नेतृत्व में लखनऊ में हुए युवा कंाग्रेसियों पर लाठीचार्ज का पुरजोर विरोध किया गया। प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व नीलोखेड़ी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष अमित बराना ने किया। इस अवसर पर प्रदर्शनकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए हरियाणा नंबरदार एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता एवं युवा कांग्रेस के कुरुक्षेत्र जिलाध्यक्ष हरप्रीत सिंह चीमा एवं नीलोखेड़ी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष अमित बराना ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार तानाशाही रवैये व लाठी डंडों के जोर से आम जनता की आवाज को दबाने का काम कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि लखनऊ में युवा कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष केशव चंद की अगुवाई में लोकतांत्रिक और शांतिपूर्वक तरीके से प्रदर्शन कर रहे कांग्रेस नेताओं पर भारी पुलिस बल ने लाठीचार्ज किया। जोकि गलत है। इस लाठीचार्ज में युवा कांग्रेस के कई नेताओं के साथ-साथ कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष घायल हो गए। युवा कांग्रेस इस लाठीचार्ज की निंदा करती है। इस दौरान नीलोखेड़ी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष अमित बराना ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी हमेशा आमजन के हितों की आवाज को उठाने का काम करती रहेगी। इस प्रकार के लाठीचार्ज से युवा कांग्रेस कार्यकत्र्ता डरने वाले नही है। इस अवसर पर मनमीत सिंह चीमा, राजीव बुटाना, गुरविंद्र सिंह, बुटा सिंह, दलबीर सिंह, जसप्रीत सिंह, संजीव कुमार, रमेश शर्मा, राहुल, पंकज, सुनील, अमित, सुमित बुटाना, रूबल, कुलवंत, विवेक समेत कई युवा कंाग्रेस कार्यकत्र्ता मौजूद रहे।
