पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ फर्ज निभा रही है महिला पुलिस
सत्यखबर, रेवाड़़ी (संजय कौशिक) – रेवाड़ी की महिला पुलिस पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ महिला सशक्तिकरण का उदाहरण पेश करने में लगी है। मगर यहां मौजूद तमाम सुविधाओं के बावजूद लगातार चल रही स्टाफ की कमी उन्हें बेहद खल रही है और कड़ी चुनौतियों के बीच वे अपना फर्ज निभा रही हैं। इसे लेकर जब हमारे संवाददाता ने रेवाड़ी में मौजूद महिला थाने की विजिट की तो थाने में सरकार की ओर से महिला कर्मचारियों के लिए मुहैया कराई जा रही तमाम सुविधाएं मिली। थाने में अच्छी किस्म की मैस के साथ बेबी क्रेच भी यहां खोला हुआ है और उनकी दिक्कतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी तरह की सुविधाएं प्रदान की गई हैं। वहीं कार्य में तीव्रता लाने के लिए 3 गाडिय़ां व 4 स्कूटी भी मौजूद हैं, लेकिन स्टाफ की कमी उन्हें बेहद खल रही है। यहां थाना प्रबंधक के साथ कुल 40 कर्मचारियों का स्टाफ सैंकसंड है, लेकिन बहरहाल यहां केवल 33 कर्मचारी ही हैं, जोकि पूरा जिला कवर करने के लिए नाकाफी है। ऐसे में एक ही कर्मचारी पर कई जिम्मेदारियां एक साथ आने पर उन्हें खासी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।
डीएसपी की मानें तो स्टाफ को लेकर उन्होंने विभाग से पत्राचार किया हुआ है। जल्द होने वाली पुलिस भर्ती से उन्हें उम्मीद है कि यहां स्टाफ पूरा कर हो जाएगा। साथ ही जल्द ही थाने को मोडिफाई किया जा रहा है, जिसके तहत एक छत के नीचे ही तमाम सुविधाएं मुहैया कराई जा रही हैं। वहीं अगर यहां आने वाली शिकायतों के आंकड़ों पर नजर डाली जाए तो वर्ष 2015 में कुल 343 शिकायतें आई, जिनमें 40 केस दर्ज किए गए और सभी का निपटारा कर दिया गया। वहीं वर्ष 2016 में आई 1357 शिकायतें में से 109 केस दर्ज किए गए तथा वर्ष 2017 में आई 543 शिकायतों में से 63 केस दर्ज हुए और सभी का निपटारा कर दिया गया। जबकि वर्ष 2018 में अभी तक कुल 228 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई हैं, जिनमें 32 केस दर्ज किए गए हैं और कुल शिकायतों में से केवल 24 शिकायतें पेंडिंग हैं।
जहां तक थाने में आने वाली शिकायतों का सवाल है तो यहां आने वाले केसों का निपटारा कर दिया जाता है, जिसे लेकर शिकायतकत्र्ता भी संतुष्ट दिखाई पड़ते हैं। अब देखना यह होगा कि महिला पुलिस की दिक्कतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार यहां मौजूद स्टाफ की कमी को कब तक दूर कर पाती है।
